Firstinlineja.com is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Firstinlineja.com:

All sales are final. There are no refunds (except as stated in our terms and conditions below), no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond Firstinlineja.com control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.

Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behaviour, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions.

Ticket holder is aware that the event Date, Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Firstinlineja.com and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, event date change, venue change, talent change and celebrity guests.

Customer Inquiries: All customer support is handled by the Firstinlineja.com online message system. Those events using the PayPal are also subject to First in Line’s customer support. All PayPal transactions are governed by our terms and agreement clauses. Please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support.

All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event. Will Call: All Tickets will be scanned at the venue unless otherwise noted.

Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card, Debit Card used to purchase the ticket, a valid state issued picture ID, and your "e-ticket" receipt.

If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the event is postponed you will not receive a refund, you can contact Firstinlineja.com in order to understand what the deferral of ticket to the new date entails. If the event is postponed, you must submit an e-mail inquiry up to five days after the announcement of the new date for any additional information you may require, failure to do so will result in you receiving only the generic information that is published regarding the postponement. In the case of postponement the tickets must be received five days before the announcement of a postponement in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund.

To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. We aim to respond to all queries within two business days.

If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund. Disputes/refunds request made 30 days after the event date are not eligible for review. Firstinlineja.com is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Firstinlineja.com will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Firstinlineja.com, you hereby release and forever discharge Firstinlineja.com, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of you nonattendance, attendance or participation at the events.

It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Firstinlineja.com of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

***Please note your card information is never stored anywhere on our servers. It is never stored to disk. The encryption systems used by us are the same systems used by virtually every other secure web server in the world.
